Privacy policy

Last updated

We work with venue owners and managers, not with their guests, and we keep personal data to what running that work requires. Here is what we hold, for what reason, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.

Data controller

VegasVenueGrowth is operated by Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, which is responsible for the personal data described below. For any privacy question, use the audit request form or email hello@vegasvenuegrowth.online.

Information we hold

  • Audit requests: your name, email address, venue website, venue type, venue name and area, and your message.
  • Emails: your address and what you write to us.
  • Client work: contact details for the people we deal with, notes about the venue, reports we prepare, and invoices.
  • Server logs: routine technical records kept by our host, such as IP addresses and browser details, used to keep the site secure.

We do not collect guest data, booking records, or the names or details of staff and performers. If any is sent to us, we delete it.

Why we use it

  • Preparing your venue audit and replying, because you asked us to.
  • Delivering services and billing for them, under our agreement with you, and keeping the records tax rules require.
  • Protecting this website and its form from misuse, a legitimate interest we share with visitors.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about anyone.

Cookies

This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The audit request form sets one short-lived session cookie that stops forged submissions and is removed when you close your browser.

Service providers

The site's host and our email provider process data for us under their own terms. We never disclose which venues we work with unless the law requires it.

Transfers outside your country

Our team is based in India and our providers operate internationally, so information you send is likely to be handled outside the United States. Where UK or EU data protection law applies to a transfer, we use the safeguards it allows and can explain them on request.

Retention

  • Audit requests that do not lead to work: deleted within 12 months.
  • Venue notes and working files: deleted or returned when an engagement ends.
  • Invoices and contracts: kept for the period accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Several US states, including California, give residents rights of this kind, as do the UK and EU GDPR. Make a request through the form or by email; we may verify your identity and will respond within one month.

You may also complain to a data protection authority where you live. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, this page and its date will change before the new use starts. Our terms of service cover the rest of our relationship with you.
