Terms of service
Last updated
Below are the conditions that apply when you use this site, ask for a venue audit, or hire VegasVenueGrowth. Sending an audit request or signing a quote counts as agreeing to them.
Who we are
The VegasVenueGrowth name belongs to Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, an Indian private limited company, whose registration details appear on every written quote and bill. Reach us through the audit request form or by email at hello@vegasvenuegrowth.online.
Our services
We provide search, local search, reputation and conversion marketing consulting for nightlife and adult entertainment venues in Las Vegas. We do not operate venues, sell tickets, arrange entertainment, provide legal or licensing advice, or run paid advertising.
Your commitments as a venue
By working with us you confirm that your venue holds the licenses required by the State of Nevada and the relevant local authority, that no one under 18 works or performs at the venue, that everyone who works there does so freely, and that you do not offer or promote any illegal service. We may ask to see evidence, and we may end an engagement at once if these statements stop being true.
The free venue audit
The audit is free and you owe us nothing afterwards. Because it relies on public search results and on the information you give us, treat it as a well-informed first look rather than a final diagnosis.
Fees, billing and notice
- Monthly USD prices for each package are published on the pricing page. The quote you sign fixes which package applies, its rate, its length and anything added.
- Month-to-month: continues each month until one of us says, before a new month starts, that it should stop.
- Set term: the lower rate holds for every month of the three, six or twelve agreed. When the term finishes, you decide whether to sign again, continue monthly, or end.
- Moving between packages is possible at any time once we have confirmed the change in writing.
- We bill at the start of each month unless the quote sets a different schedule, and any tax due is listed on the quote.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We carry out the agreed work with care and within the published guidelines of Google and other platforms. We cannot promise rankings, map positions, reviews or visitor numbers, which depend on search engines, competitors, guests and events outside our control.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate information and tell us about changes to hours, licensing or ownership.
- Give the access we agree, through accounts that can be removed later, and keep ownership of your listings and website.
- Never ask us to post fake reviews, buy links, stuff keywords into your listing name or publish explicit images.
Confidentiality
We keep your venue's name, figures and plans confidential and never name you as a client without written consent. A non-disclosure agreement is available before any access is shared. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Ownership of work
Once an invoice is settled, the reports, copy and plans it covered are yours to keep and use. The know-how, checklists and internal tools behind them stay with us.
Ending an engagement
We can stop work straight away if the venue commitments above turn out to be untrue, if we are asked to break a law or a platform's policies, or if a bill is still unpaid after we have chased it. In any other case you will have a full month's warning from us.
Liability
If something goes wrong, the most we will owe you is what you paid us over the three months leading up to the problem. We accept no responsibility for knock-on losses such as missed revenue, lost listings or rankings, or action taken by a platform. This cap does not apply where the law forbids one.
This website
The insights here explain general practice and are not legal or business advice for a particular venue. Please do not republish large sections or harvest the site with bots.
Governing law and changes
English and Welsh law applies to these terms, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of England and Wales. We may revise this page over time; each engagement follows the wording that was live on the day its quote was signed.
